These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Rapid Roof website (rapidroof.io) and the purchase of roofing services from WGV Contracting Group LLC d/b/a Rapid Roof, 814 W Diamond Ave, Ste 245, Gaithersburg, MD 20878.
1. Acceptance
By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Instant Estimates
Quotes generated through our website are based on aerial/satellite measurements and are preliminary. Final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal and may be adjusted if verified measurements differ. Signing a proposal and paying a deposit does not obligate you to a changed price; revised proposals are provided for your review and acceptance.
3. Proposals and Contracts
Work is performed under a written, signed proposal. A one-third (1/3) deposit is due at signing. Retail balances are due on completion; insurance-related balances are due upon receipt of insurance proceeds. Any deposit paid prior to final contract terms is refundable.
4. No Professional Advice
Content on this website is general information, not legal, insurance, or engineering advice. Insurance coverage decisions are made solely by you and your insurance carrier.
5. Third-Party Financing
Financing is offered through a third-party partner. We do not make credit decisions and are not a party to any financing agreement. Financing terms are solely between you and the lender.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, and our instant quote technology, is the property of Rapid Roof and may not be copied or reused without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rapid Roof is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
8. Warranty
Workmanship warranties are stated in your signed proposal. Manufacturer warranties apply per the product manufacturer's terms. Nothing in these Terms creates warranties beyond those in your signed contract.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms and will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
